History
Deportivo Independiente Miraflores was founded on August 30, 1983.
In 2008 Copa Perú, the club classified to the Interligas, but was eliminated by Sporting Ermitaño of Independencia in the quarterfinals.
In the 2009 Copa Perú, the club classified to National Stage, but was eliminated by Tecnológico of Pucallpa.
